I live a juicy, delicious life! I feel so blessed with the abundance I’ve experienced and continue to experience. Now, I haven’t always felt this way.

I didn’t realize until 2021 that I came in with empathic and Indigo Child energy, two energies that I came to Earth to shift in order to spiritually evolve. An empath is someone who feels energy strongly, especially the energy that others are holding, and they, including me, often don’t understand what they are feeling. They sometimes identify these feelings as their own and become confused and frustrated. My mom always said, “I don’t know where you came from”, with the indication that I was very different from most people. The group of children that began to incarnate on our planet after 1945 was identified by Lee Carroll and Jan Tober, described in their book, “The Indigo Children: The New Kids Have Arrived”. We came as system busters, wanting peace and equality amongst humans. We believed that changing systems would change humanity. We didn’t realize that the change needed starts within each of us. If we become disillusioned, we begin to question ourselves, which I’ve done my whole life. We feel awkward within present systems and hence, often hover around the edges of standard jobs. We are diagnosed with ADHD and ADD. Endlessly creative, we want our time to revolve around our creations rather than address the physicality of the Earth realm. I began to try to “fit in” and often felt tension in my body. I participated in many dance classes and athletic activities which gave me a release from the tension to a great degree.

One thing I was sure about growing up was that I wanted to be a mom. I was blessed to find an aware man who has helped me become more aware of myself and what needs to keep shifting in me. I have three beautiful, intelligent, kind children who are adults now. Two of them came in with indigo energy. The third, my youngest, brought in the new rainbow and crystalline energy. I see it in him and his beautiful friends. They have angelic, kind energy and truly want to help others and be mindful of our planet.

I’ve worked as a classroom teacher, library assistant, and daycare cook. I felt the Earth energies shift in 2012 and felt physically unwell so I retired from all of my jobs. The journey back to health involved ozone IV’s, lots of rest, better nutrition and energy work. The key to adapting to Earth’s energy shift came in the form of a spiritual mentor in 2021. She helped me identify that I was embodying other people’s energy and taught me how to release it. I felt empty in a good way after that! I was inspired by her to take an herbalism course from Rosemary Gladstar (The Science and Art of Herbalism) and a skincare course (Formula Botanica). I feel I’m living my best life now, creating herbals and skincare for myself and others.

My desire is to spark the light in others to live their best, most juicy and delicious lives. I focus on our root chakra as the seat of beginnings and our universal life force. Plants grow from their roots and the nutrients in soil. Humans grow from the divine spark in our root chakra when masculine and feminine energies combine. I’m inspiried to balance the masculine and feminine energies within us throughout our life by connecting to our Earth, Mama Gaia. I feel we connect to Gaia through deep reverence of her, tuning into her ways, aligning our lives with her and feeding ourselves with the best that she has to offer. When we connect to Gaia, we also connect to our Highest Self. highest timelines and to the energy of our Universe.
