Oil blend of avocado, Abyssinian and apricot oils infused with calendula flowers, helichrysum, elderflower, rosemary, plantain, red sandalwood, cloves, argan oil, jojoba seed oil, pumpkin seed oil, baobab seed oil, cherry seed oil, bakuchiol oil (natural retinol alternative), vitamin E, essential oils of rosemary, eucalyptus and lavender.

As a scalp oil:
Part sections of hair and apply a few drops of oil to a section of hair. Gently massage oil into scalp. Cover the whole scalp with drops of oil and massage your scalp tenderly or have someone who loves you massage your scalp. Leave the oil on the hair for no longer than one hour. Wash out the hair and style as you normally would.
As nasya oil (for adults):
This oil is a traditional Ayurvedic treatment. While lying down, put a couple of drops into each nostril. You may sniff to get the oil into your sinuses. Massage the outside of your nostrils. Nasya oil can moisturize dry nostrils, help ease headaches, clear sinuses and calm our nervous system.
As a skin moisturizer and sleep aid:
Dispense a few drops of oil and apply to cracked fingers or heels. Massage gently into the skin. This works best just before bed. Massaging the soles of the feet with this lavender infused oil may help you to fall asleep more easily.
