I created this lotion to soothe sore muscles. I prefer lotion to magnesium oil, which can be irritating to skin. It’s a light and fluffy texture and easy to apply and work into the skin without a greasy residue. I make this with lavender and patchouli. Lavender is soothing and calming. You may custom order this lotion with essential oils of your choice or choose unscented.

INGREDIENTS: Magnesium Chloride Hexahydrate (magnesium flakes), Aqua (water), Cocos Nucifera (coconut) Oil, Cetearyl Alcohol and Cetearyl Glucoside, Plantago Major (plantain) Leaf Extract, Glycerin, Tremella Fuciformis Berk Seed (snow mushroom) Extract, Propanediol, Adansonia Digitata (African nutmeg) Seed Extract, Butyrospermum Parkii (shea) Butter, Simmondsia Chinensis (jojoba) Seed Oil, Pogostemon Cablin (patchouli) Oil, Lavandula Angustifolia (lavender) Oil, Potassium Sorbate and Sodium Benzoate and Aqua, Tocopherol (vitamin E), Rosa Canina (rose) Seed Oil, Acacia and Xanthan Gum, Sodium Phytate.

Directions: apply desired amount to skin where you have sore muscles. Massage gently. Apply as needed. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Since this product contains magnesium, you may notice a slight increase in bowel movements if repeatedly applied to lower back.
